Community Thank
You Notes!
Thank you notes received from the community!
The Welfare ‘process’ has now closed for the summer break.  HCSC
accepts Grant Applications throughout the year but only conducts three
Welfare Committee meetings annually (to consider requests) usually
October, January and April.  The Committee then makes its
recommendations to the Board of Governors of HCSC.  Once we know
the new dates for the coming HCSC year, private organizations that
benefit the military community can see the guidelines and application
form on the appropriate link on the right of this screen together with
details of the Grant Writing Workshops.

If your Organization has changed their Point of Contact please email

welfare@hcsc-heidelberg.com

Please see below for details of how much HCSC has donated to the
various organizations within our community as well as details of
scholarships.  This was only made possible by your donating, shopping
and volunteering at the Bazaar, the Thrift Shop, Flea Market finds and
supporting our club and luncheons so a huge thank you from all of us to
all of you.

If you have a child who needs their first pair of glasses and is a member
of the ‘Free & Reduced Fee Lunch Program’, please check out the Bright
Eyes link – we may be able to help you.

Please check the website regularly for updated information about next
year’s dates/deadlines.

With many thanks to everyone involved for your friendship and support
over the past 12 months.

We wish Anne-Marie Parramore and her Welfare Committee a very
successful year.
