MISSION STATEMENT.
The Thrift Shop is to provide
a place where personal
goods may be sold for the
mutual benefit of seller and
buyer.  Profits generated
from sales are returned to
the community through the
Heidelberg Community and
Spouses' Club (HCSC)
Welfare Account.  The Thrift
Shop is operated as a
non-profit community
service, with the first
priority always being the
needs of the military
community members.  The
activities of the Thrift Shop
are governed by applicable
HCSC By-Laws and the Thrift
Shop SOP.
