3. The Vendor Chair will send you an invitation.
Invited Vendor Checklist
Only for vendors who have received confirmation that they are invited to the
bazaar!
1. Complete Invited Vendor Application (click on button at left)
2. Complete Invited Vendor Security Form (click on button at left)
3. Email completed forms to vendorchair2012@hcsc-heidelberg.com
4. An invoice will be sent to you from our Bazaar Treasurer and your contract
will be sent to you from the Contracting Office.
