Welcome to the Bazaar
Registration Page. Planning and
preparation for the
Heidelberg Holiday Bazaar is
underway. This bazaar does
not happen without the support
of it’s many community
volunteers. Last year the
bazaar had over 340
registered volunteers.
There are many volunteer
opportunities available. The
week prior to the bazaar
people are needed to help set-
up and decorate. During the
bazaar people are needed to

- U.S. or NATO ID cardholders
(with shopping privileges)
- at least 18 years of age to check
ID's, run Credit Cards, sale raffle
tickets, collect raffle prizes or
work security.
- at least 13 years of age to be a
Volunteer
Bazaar Volunteers Must Be:
check ID cards, for credit card approval, and vendor runners. For
each shift a volunteer works or for each donation of 10 dozen baked
goods, they will receive one free raffle ticket to the public raffle and
one entry to their shifts Volunteer Appreciation drawing. (Security
Volunteers will receive 2 entries for every shift they work).
